I’ll tell you what… Fro as much as I like Newegg for there services they sure come up with some lousy videos. Add to this far and few between. This video was plain dumb, they must need to get these off their inventory list. They dropped a fishing line into Youtube to see what would happen. I’ll need a much better tasting worm then the one that was on that hook… They need some serious tech stuff and get out of that kitchen. Either that or tech me how to cook an egg. For real..

cost me 250 for a decent 5.1 from sony. although i’m betting the actual sound from this system is probably superior to my sony 5.1…it just won’t be coming from all different directions
Good looking product, but do they have to insult our intelligence by calling it “surround”, even “simulated surround” is misleading. Just call it an array.

22|Feb|2010 1I remember trying one of these at a local electronics store, it’s NOTHING like a 5.1 system, it’s more like half-surround sound.

22|Feb|2010 4It isn’t even true 5.1 surround sound and you want $500.00??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You could get the Samsung HT-BD1250 for $449 and have true 5.1 surround sound and a Blue Ray player to boot.
