   plug the copper coloured wire to RED terminal and silver coloured wire to BLACK terminal of the OUTPUT of the receiver! NOT INPUT

    i have LG full hd with dolby digital and the sound is amazing.i have surround system but i don’t know how to connect it.anyway tv’s suround system is also good

    not all back panels to amps are the same mine are really simply plus my wires to my surround speakers arent the same color as the socks where you put them at my wires are gray and the sockets were you put them at at the back of the speaker are black & red.

    digital coaxial audio cable is digital as is optical. You could use one or the other. You dont need both for one source though
