I just would like to transfer some of my cassettes and records to CD-R form.

I play a lot of Divx movies burned onto a DVD in my dvd player which supports divx. I just bought a surround sound system and wanna know if it is possible to get surround sound from Divx movies.

I’m pretty picky about buying speakers and I want a pair that not only sound great, but they’re durable and build in a first world country. Does anyone know any other brands that I should check out?
